For Sydney-wide enquiries we start with a phone call and shared plans or photos to confirm the scope. We schedule a site visit within the week wherever you are in the metro area, follow up with a fixed-price written quote, and once you're ready to proceed we book the works around your builder's program or your family's timeline. Sites are run tight, cleaned down daily and handed over cleanly to the next trades. You'll have a direct line to the site lead throughout.

Do you really cover all of Sydney?
Yes. We travel across the full metropolitan area — from the South West growth corridor where we're based, through the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, and out through Western Sydney and the Hills. Site travel time is built into our scheduling so we don't lose days on windshield time. For jobs on the far edges of the metro area we'll usually stack multiple site visits together to be efficient. Send us your address and scope and we'll confirm we can be on site within a reasonable timeframe.
Do you take on both residential and commercial carpentry?
Primarily residential — new homes, additions, extensions, renovations, duplexes, granny flats and secondary dwellings. We also handle small commercial fit-out and structural carpentry for local businesses, mixed-use developments and shop fit-out where it aligns with our core skills. For very large commercial projects we can partner with head contractors on the carpentry package. If you're unsure whether your project is a fit, get in touch — we're honest about scope and we'll refer you elsewhere if we're not the right team for the job.
How quickly can you start on a Sydney project?
Site starts depend on our current program and the size of the job. For smaller fix out packages we can often start within one to two weeks. Framing packages usually book two to four weeks ahead. Full extensions and larger renovations are typically scheduled four to eight weeks out to give us time to plan the trades, order materials and confirm the program with everyone involved. If you have a hard deadline — a settlement, a school term, a rental crossover — tell us early and we'll be honest about whether we can hit it. We'd rather turn work away than commit to a date we can't hold.
Are you licensed and insured to work across NSW?
Yes. Our NSW builder's licence is 295229C and we carry full public liability and workers compensation insurance appropriate to the projects we take on. All work is delivered in accordance with the NCC, AS 1684 for residential timber construction, and any relevant Australian Standards for cladding, steel and demolition. Where structural work is involved, we build to engineer-certified plans and work with private certifiers or council to sign off at frame stage and completion. Documentation for your certifier, insurer or future buyer is available on request at the end of the project.
